The management has seen the Blogs put up by various persons, most of these blogs seems to have been posted with total misunderstanding of the project.

We request our esteemed customers not to panic.  The final plan with liberty to amend is ready to be submitted as per the directions and in compliance with all the formalities of VVMC. 

The piling work is almost completed on some part of the property.  We have genuine reason for delay in taking the work forward.  As you all know that VVMC has been recently constituted in this area.  They have not adopted  DC rules as yet.  They have also do not have adequate staff in their building proposal department.

They still depend on staff of CIDCO for  planning of Township and large layouts.  The earlier amended plan was submitted by us to VVMC on 24/05/2012.  VVMC replied on 20/06/2012 which was received by us on 23/10/2012 asking for certain documents which were not in their records from the old CIDCO files.

Management has submitted the required documents and will be submitting the provisional plans before 22nd December 2012.

We would like to inform our esteemed customers that certain temporary staff members failed to communicate with our customers on a regular basis.

The management has now replaced the staff, so that all progress will now be informed through our website from time to time.

We assure our esteemed customers that they will see good progress at the site in a short time

  2. First i need to know what is the website where u ppl will put regular update of the project.?
    And please clear in simple language what is the progress of the project??
    And as of now how much time it will take for the completion of the project.?

  8. I have heard through some people that from 1st Jan the work has started in full swing..Pls confirm if sum1 from Virar area has seen the site recently.
    Also heard that by 1st week of Feb our Registration will be done & that there will be 16 Buildings of 14 floors instead of 36 buildings of 7 floors.
    if some1 has visited the site recently please update the recent status.

  9. I also heard that the Ionic people will call investors for registration in Feb Ist week. Also 5 machines have come to the site. Please clear if anybody has an update of the site.

  10. The news seems to be true Tushar. As per my info the registration will start in March 2013. And the New layout plan should come for 14 buildings before that.

  14. I request all the investors as work has been started in full swing so now stop worrying and start arrangment of money for registration and next instalment.
    And please update your latest contact details with your respective broker as they will be calling you shortly for latest updates.
    I know investors you have kept ao much patience, and it is commendable also, now its time to take rewards.

  20. on 13th Jan I visited at site. Mr. Pant from site told one big piling machine arrived at site and stand near Olanda Naka & Its true. else the progress at site as it is as previous. thanks.

  21. dear every one i had also booked 1bhk and i had also visited the site on sunday 13th jan2013.it is true that the machine was standing at side on traller beside road. i also talk to the person attending the visitors to show sample flat he say it will take 3months to do registration pilling work is in progress .to do work fast machine is there which will cover time . there is also. no any news about 16 building plan. he told there is 36 bldg in 1st phase and till we don't have any official report for new plan.but he told till june 2015 we will get the possession.

  23. Current rate is 3000 PSF, as stated by builder. I have 2BHK flat with me , I would like to sell it on 2800 PSF. I had booked on 2700 PSF one year ago. If anyone interested then please let me know.

    When we get written letter from builder then we trust on news regarding registration of property. Main is work to be start on fast basis then it is possible.
