Dear Ionic - Can you pls update on following:1) What are the documents that has been cleared & which are the documents which are still to be cleared for completing this project.2) What are the changes done in this project(layout, total floors for each bldg, etc) as compared to the earlier version.3) Can you pls upload the project documents on this blog for boosting investors confidence.
I am glad to see that the work has started and all the customers who have waited for so long have got their share of satisfaction. I am sure and can assure all the customers on behalf of IONIC now there will not be any hiccups or delays in the project, all the documents and the title both are totally clear and will soon be shown to all of you'll. The registration work also will start soon and following which also the loan procedures can begin. The builders are in process of tying up with the banks so that all customers do not have to run around. As rightly informed to you'll earlier the current rate of booking is 3800 / sq.ft. which can also be looked upon at www.jain-estate.com. The layout as of now is unchanged and it shall be the same as shown to you earlier. Incase, the builders decide to amend anything in the layout it would be informed to all of you.Hope the progress is seen as a positive one by all and the progress is faster than what we all believe.
Thanks Pratik for your comfort and assurance. Hope the things done early, positively and successfully. You are requested to personally look into the things as you are very close to the builder, also try to push for fasten the work. We all are waiting since a very long period for completion of the project and get our dream home.
No updates from many days. Has anyone visited the site recently. What's the progress.
Main last sunday site pe gaya tha. Vaha pe ROTARY PILING ke contractor se baat hui. Usne kaha ki : Third Building ki piling suru hai. Aur ek buliding main minimum 150 points hote hai. Aur ye machine 1 din main 6-7 hole karti hai.1 Machine for 32-35 Building........... 3 years delay hone par bhi ye project bahut hi slow chal raha hai. Abhi tak konsi building kaha pe aayegi ye bhi nahi pata hai.....Now lets see.......
I had also visited on the site. But work is very slow and it will take around 2 months for pilling for 1 building (only for pilling).
Lagta hai ionic waalo ko machine ka rent bahut dino tak dena hai

Nothing progress......... Only 1 Big Machine & 2 Tripod Machine working for 35 buildings.Aur Sample flat ke idhar new office bana rahai hai. Ye log sirf inka Kaam time se kar rahai hai. Saare virar main day-night kaam suru hai, Sirf IONIC ko chodke.Harshad bhai (Mkt personof ionic) bolte hai ki :: 2015 tak building complete hone ke chances hai. Aur builder bhi meeting ke liye time nahi de raha hai.Par inka kaam dekh ke 2020 tak bhi kaam hoga nahi. 1 month main sirf 1 build ka pilling hota hai. only 10-15 people working on field. Inke pass 3D layout bhi nahi hai project ka.
I think we need to take a call on this its been a high time now. lets plan for some action. atleast we all (investors) can meet at ionic office and take this ahead with builder. just let me know what u people think.
i would suggest we should meet on a day and time informally and plan ahead. i also suggest o ask for collateral security of total value. bank guarantee or something like that. now we have to be harsh.
lets meet up in the 1st week of April. kisi ke paas sab logo ka number ho to sabko update karo. we can meet at site or at andheri office

Dear AllI had called up at Andheri Office for appointment.Initially a time was given to us on Saturday 3 P.m. but later it was not confirmed by IONIC officials hence the meeting got cancelled.The IONIC official at Andheri office has promised to talk to the boss about meeting and he will call back me with confirmed timing as per our last discussion on Saturday afternoon.I m awaiting his call back with confirmed appointment for meeting.Meanwhile they had informed that there is no written VVMC approval yet. And that they have the verbal approvals on which the work is going on.The final approval shall receive shortly as they are saying from time to time when inquired.Best of LuckHope I receive a call to confirm the appointment else we need to check other ways to find out the status of VVMC approvals.

dear buyer / investor,please for god's sake don't fool your self,from which part of the world belong you,just all get together & take some strict action against the builder he must have collect more the 100 crore from this land which he don't have approval form vvcmc nor he will get permission as this land doesn't belongs to him call police & get him arrested
