    WELL I HAVE REGISTERED IN THE NEW SITE BUT THE FACT I S THAT THERE IS NO RESPONSE TO THE QUERIES THAT I HAVE , IS THIS JUST A WAY TO AVOID ALL THE QUESTIONS OF THE INVESTERS ?? PL REPLY !

    I also posted the query but no reply. So it is crystal clear that they avoid us and they do not want to share there problem on this site otherwise they loose the business.

    Ionic forum created by the management is just to filter out comments posted by people. In this blog every one can post their views and that cannot be filtered. I think they have started that forum to suppress the voice of investor so that no one can communicate to each other if they want to ask/share some basic and critical points/informatin. i have posted few points/question but they have not allowed to publish.

    As per our discussion today morning with Mr. Mazhar Bhai at Andheri Office he has informed us :

    1. He is not aware about the current status of VVMC approval and he can not tell us the date when shall the VVMC approval be received.

    2. In our Last meeting at IONIC Andheri office held on 18th April Mr. Mazhar Bhai has informed us that the VVMC approvals shall received within two months.

    3. Now he is saying that he is not knowing much about VVMC approval status and It can be received on any day. "Aaj nahi to kal aa jayega" what he told me today.

    4. He has guided us to talk to Mr. Singh for further query about VVMC approval status. I tried to call him but I was informed by receptionist that Mr. Singh is not available today and he is on leave.

    I think Ionic city will remain on paper only. this is a fake project we (All invesrtors)need to take some strong action against this project as well as against Ionic people. They are cheating us. VIVA City project just started last year and we all can see the progress but Ionic city was started long back and still there is no result. how can a builder started the project last year got the VVMC approval and this ionic city started long back and still no VVMC approval. this is very fishy. let all meet at ionic office and asked for our hard earned money back with interest.

    just don't be happy to get a reply, our money is with them. They are absolutely not bothered to do any progress on work. What happened to last meeting. Any result? We should take advise of lawyer and them accordingly. Also should ensure none of their existing property in the market are sold, as they are the irresponsible builder.
    suggest,lets have a all the investors meeting and decide the course of action and approach on same direction.

    yesterday called their office they are saying permissions thing is still in process and it will take 2 more years to build up the building....this people are just eating inerest of our money.

    i have visited them at virar, this weekend i ll be visiting andheri office to see vvmc approval ...at site construction site i saw pilling compeleted for four buildings and one plinth raised for one buliding but no construction work in progress

    Those are constructed 6-7 month back and thereafter no progress...and Ionic people giving no update even on calling them..everytime they are saying project will complete in 2 years and approval will come within 2 months...

    did you check VVMC approval Papers also? all the builders construction are going so fast in the Virar except the Ionic.

    If he work as same speed then it will take 20 Years

    Hi All,

    Spoken to Mr. Singh today regarding approvals and the construction schedule chart that they were supposed to send to all ionic investor.
    1. Approvals ( Right to way and EC) are still not received
    2. They will send schedule chart in couple of day.

    Lets hope they will dispatch this document within said time period.

      The attached Letter by M Dsouza does not mentions about receiving the approval...also it does not mentions the clause which was discussed regarding providing the interest of 15 % p.a those who wish to surrender...it needs to be brought to their attention...

    In the Letter you had mentioned 3 Building will be complete in 2014 ...but i don't think so you achieve that

    Hi guys,

    Ionic is saying that they have dispatched letter to investors regarding next installment and registration process. They are saying that they will be getting required approval in next few days and work will start in full swing in 15 to 1 month provided they will get all required approvals. Can someone confirm this news?

    They have not received any approval, but they are saying that all the approvals will be received by May, 2013. I would like to have meeting with ionic before depositing any money. What do you guys suggest?

    Digs...i have recently visited their Andheri office...they are offering refund with 15% P.A. interest....also u can sell your property to any1 they will give you transfer for the same...and if you are alloted flat from building no 1-8 then you will get letter for first installment, stamp duty and registration soon....also i have visited their site in Virar...there also work has allready began for 1st building and plinth work completed for 2nd...you can contact Mr.Singh in Andheri office for any of the above option you wants to go ahead with.

    Could you please update us if you have received the required approvals? we were informed that you will be getting all the approvals by the end of April 2014 and anybody can see all papers starting from first week of May 2014.

    Hi all my friends... I also buy flat in yr 2012 From investor. I got one news ionic handover the project to crystal home n they assigned new project name Virar Nagri at the same address. They r given us 325 sq ft CARPET area instead of 365 Sq ft n t
    build up area 490 Instead of 530 N also demand us more extra money. I m confused what i do now i want my dream house plz suggest me. U can mail me - mitmyfriend2014@gmail.com
