2.You can visit our office with prior appointment and have a look at the work schedule etc.
4.Copy of final layout and revised plan can be seen at the office.
5.There is no approval issue. There have been some quarries which have been answered. We expect the approval shortly.
6.The registration process will start soon after the approvals.
7.Possession date will be within two years from the date of approval

We have noted the following points of your reply.
1. VVMC approval is expected shortly.
2. Registration process will start after immediately after VVMC approval.
3. Actual Possession would be withing 2 years of registration.
It means all the above things are dependent of VVMC approval which is pending for quite a long time now. And its a fact that IONIC is not able to get the approval so far for whatever the reason.
What an Investor should understand from the fact that a developer is not in a position to get the project approved.
Should it not raise a doubt in the Investor's mind. Do IONIC expects its customers to not raise any query and remain quite and calm no matter how many more years we need to wait for our dream homes.
Even after getting approval from VVMC does a customer shall trust your word of giving the possession within 2 years.

I wish the Builder publishes photographs of the work done at regular interval... in fact if they put the camera on the site and IP address is given to the flat-buyers they can view the progress of the project online....

The latest updates as informed by Site officials :
1. Piling for three buildings completed.
2. Plinth to start for the same.
3. Mr. Wasim Informed the VVMC approvals received.
Planning to Visit the Andheri Office on Saturday to check the VVMC approval.
Need more people to visit there.

ReplyDeleteI had called up at Andheri Office for appointment.
Initially a time was given to us on Saturday 3 P.m. but later it was not confirmed by IONIC officials hence the meeting got cancelled.
The IONIC official at Andheri office has promised to talk to the boss about meeting and he will call back me with confirmed timing as per our last discussion on Saturday afternoon.
I m awaiting his call back with confirmed appointment for meeting.
Meanwhile they had informed that there is no written VVMC approval yet. And that they have the verbal approvals on which the work is going on.
The final approval shall receive shortly as they are saying from time to time when inquired.

ReplyDeleteI received a call from Ionic officials for confirmation about meeting. The meeting is scheduled on Thursday 18th at 3.00 pm at Ionic Andheri Office.
Who ever wants to visit can come with their allotment letter.

The meeting briefs are

2. Development agreement not registered.
3. Plot Survey No. 111(Pt)
4. CIDCO old approval was there for 13 buildings.
5. Revised Plan was submitted to VVMC on May 2012.
6. Expected VVMC approval within 3 months.
7. Currently work going on verbal approvals (as informed).
8. Nothing seems major in terms of papers yet.
9. Check whether the transfer option open for those who don't want to wait any longer.
10. Those who trust and want to stay invested can wait and be patient.
Furhter plan of action can be decided after 3 months when the VVMC approval is received as expected and informed by IONIC officials.

U HAD PROMISED US THE WORK WOULD BE COMPLETED TILL 2012.
BUT ITS 2014 ATLAST 4 YEARS PASSED NOW ..THEN EVEN IN BETWEEN YOU GAVE US AN ALLOTMENT LETTER THAT APPROXIMATELY 3 BUILDINGS IN THE YEAR OF 2014 WILL BE COMPETED.
